"Pseudo-MPEC" for 'Multijunk' = C05GHG1 = C04W5Q1 = C073CX1 = C0F9L02

It is now clear that this object is also ZTF02Rj = ZTF02Rn, observed on 2019 January 31. There is also a decent match for orbital elements for ZTF01a9 = ZV2F779 = ZTF01nS, an ETBO tracked in November 2018; and a good match to elements for YS18A5C = YS16534 = A104ayW = A104lks = YT273BF = A104shw = YUA31FA = YU3F416, the "mystery object" that showed up frequently on NEOCP in late 2017. In those cases, there is ambiguity as to how many orbits occurred in between, and the unpredictable nature of the orbit means we'll never really know what happened in between the arcs. But it's definitely one object seen at different times, and it'll probably crop up again and again.

It is also likely, though not conclusively proven, that this is XW99CEC = XV902A4, a bit of junk found in November 2016.

Because it keeps getting found (it was probably recovered as C0F3591 in September 2019), I've taken to calling it 'Multijunk'. It's easier to remember than the various temporary designations.
