Created 2017 Oct 2 14:43:02 UT using Find_Orb
A pseudo-MPEC based on more recent data is available. The object has now been linked to several observed arcs from 2018 and 2019, and is almost certainly an ETBO (Empty Trash Bag Object).
Also available are separate orbits for YS16534 and YS18A5C. The linkage was originally somewhat doubtful. At the time, I'd not seen anything I was ready to claim was an ETBO. However, the data we have gradually made it clear that we were definitely seeing one object pushed around by large non-gravitational accelerations.
