There's an older version of this page with an orbit based on the 2019 observations. The perigee of this object has gone up and down a bit. In October 2019, it was briefly down around 120 km, low enough to cause some drag, decreasing the orbital period by about 37 minutes. As a result, Space-Track "lost" the object and stopped producing TLEs for it, and the object reappeared on NEOCP on 2020 Aug 23 (C196DN1), Sep 17 (A10qDsN), and twice on Sep 20 (ZTF0Edj and C1AENE1).
Fortunately, as the plot of perigee/inclination vs. time shows, the object will re-enter sometime in June 2021. (The re-entry is gradual; nominally, it starts hitting the atmosphere on June 10, loses a bit of apogee, and re-enters on the 19th. But this requires some very approximate assumptions about how much drag it encounters. As with the similar re-entry of 1964-054A = OGO-1 on 2020 Aug 29, we will probably need observations right up to the last orbit before re-entry. At this point, all I can really say is : it'll re-enter in June.)
