"Pseudo-MPEC" for 2011-037H = TA29DCF = Spektr-R booster

This is the booster for 2011-037A = Spektr-R = NORAD 37755. The linked page has information about how the object was identified. There are also TLEs (Two-Line Elements) available for this and various other artsats, and further details about the history and predicted re-entry of this object in August 2021.

For some years, I referred to this object as 2011-037B, not H, but that proved to be inaccurate. I was directed to an article about the "real" 2011-037B (see bottom of page 2). It notes that

"...circumstances of this mission's launch profile imply that the upper stage, a Fregat-SB, may reside in an elliptical deep space orbit similar to the payload and is apparently uncatalogued."

So the object described here is now labelled 2011-037H (C, D, E, F, and G were already taken).
