[Neocp_artsats] TMG0047 = ETBO

    Peter Birtwhistle was able to get some observations of
this object,  a few arcminutes off the prediction for where
it would be if it was junk.  That offset turned out to be
due to the object being an ETBO,  with an area/mass ratio
of about 32.7 +/- 0.6 m^2/kg,  which is what you'd expect
for aluminized plastic.
