[guide-user] Selective Satellites

It appears that info has been passed around about his observation(s) of 
Neptune for many years. I had been following several links and ended up 
finding this:

That led me to try to simulate it in common planetarium software. Most 
have a hard time dealing with the times. Anyway, it was a nice learning 
process. It all started with finding an answer to who discovered 
Neptune. It appears that the people that independently worked out its 
orbit, not the person that actually found it visually.
