"Pseudo-MPEC" for XL8D89E

TLEs (Two-Line Elements) are available for this object here. Be warned that not all software will actually use TLEs for an object in an orbit this high.
This object has the distinction of having the highest known geocentric orbit of any object, unless you include objects at the earth/sun L1 and L2 points, which would be a real stretch.
This is probably the same object as 6Q0B44E, an "unknown" tracked about a decade ago, then lost. I can't get an orbit that uses the observations from both objects. However, consider the following orbital elements for both objects, set to a common intermediate epoch. They do look rather similar, right down to the absolute magnitude and the (somewhat high) area/mass ratio :
Orbital elements: XL8D89E Perigee 2014 Dec 2.726934 +/- 0.00439 TT = 17:26:47 (JD 2456994.226934) Epoch 2015 Jan 1.0 TT; AMR 0.033328 +/- 8.28e-5 m^2/kg Gray M 126.5883820 +/- 0.017 (J2000 equatorial) n 4.3243978255 +/- 6.11e-5 Peri. 78.2464876 +/- 0.0034 a805353.24450 +/- 7.58 Node 261.3441835 +/- 0.007 e 0.205617965 +/- 7.52e-5 Incl. 52.2130720 +/- 0.0017 P 83.25d H 30.0 G 0.15 U 6.2 q 639758.14925 +/- 66.1 Q 970948.33975 +/- 52.4 53 of 63 observations 2016 June 7-Oct. 5; mean residual 0".568 Orbital elements: 6Q0B44E = unk P=80d Perigee 2014 Dec 1.792715 +/- 0.183 TT = 19:01:30 (JD 2456993.292715) Epoch 2015 Jan 1.0 TT; AMR 0.027274 +/- 7.08e-5 m^2/kg Gray M 124.3738152 +/- 0.7 (J2000 equatorial) n 4.1173450917 +/- 0.00539 Peri. 79.1783345 +/- 0.49 a832131.56028 +/- 719 Node 259.9646975 +/- 0.14 e 0.245876670 +/- 0.000874 Incl. 51.8024536 +/- 0.06 P 87.43d H 30.2 G 0.15 U 9.2 q 627529.82249 +/- 295 Q 0.0069301340 +/- 1.07e-5 53 of 56 observations 2006 Aug. 28-2007 Mar. 7; mean residual 1".177
Assuming it's about three meters across, it would mass about 200 kg.
It's not possible to compute an orbit using all observations for either object; each appears to have "maneuvered", or (more likely) has some unmodelled non-gravitational forces. Since I can't even get an orbit consistent with each short arc, it's unsurprising to me that I can't link the two. But I'm pretty much assuming they're the same object.
At some point, it may be possible to go trawling through the survey archives. One might then be able to use the XL8D89E orbit to get some data from 2015, then 2014, and so on, gradually working backward, and perhaps simultaneously going forward from 2007 on 6Q0B44E, eventually meeting in the middle. Almost exactly this was done for WT1190F, the object that re-entered over Sri Lanka in November 2015.
