"Pseudo-MPEC" for S510977

I think this may be the same object as S510210, an object tracked briefly in July 2016, also by (Y00) SONEAR in Brazil. Here are elements for the current object for July 2016; you'll see that they resemble the elements for S510210.

I'm not totally certain of this. The match isn't perfect; that may just reflect the fact that we don't know what solar radiation pressure is doing to the object. It may also be just another case where there are two or more objects in very similar orbits.
