"Pseudo-MPEC" for 2009-026C = Booster = HPO3

This object should return to opposition sometime around 2022 Mar 30, at a distance of about 0.092 AU, at mag 22.4. In theory, it should be easily recoverable. In practice, artificial objects like this behave a little unpredictably as solar radiation pressure forces change. (Which is why the orbit solution doesn't include all the observations; there seems to have been a change in velocity sometime around May 26.) There can also be Yarkovsky-like effects and tangential accelerations, and fluctuations depending on whether the object's spin axis is pointed toward the sun or not. So I'm quite confident it will come back to opposition near the specified time and distance, but don't know exactly how close it will be to that.
