This object re-entered over Tahiti on 2020 August 29. You can click here for a plot of the inclination and perigee distance vs. time for this object, running from shortly after its launch in 1964 to its re-entry. 1977-093A shows a similar pattern.
You'll notice that the residuals below are not all that great; like most artsats, this one moves in mysterious ways and is not entirely predictable. Based on the data available at the time, I was confident of a late August 2020 re-entry, but could not be very specific as to when or where it would occur until we got more data (in fact, it wasn't until observations were made on the last orbit that we really nailed down the re-entry circumstances.)
TLEs are available for this object (obviously, of historical interest only at this point!) and for some of the other objects on these pages. Space-Track provided TLEs for it until early 2018; when they stopped, I began providing TLEs and did so until it re-entered.
