TLEs are available for this object, and for other objects on these pages. The orbit for TESS has been relatively stable. Often, with active satellites, you can't just fit an orbit to observations and project where it's going to be very reliably; they'll make some small adjustment to the orbit, and the change will accumulate with time. But we can usually fit a few months of data at a time. In the following solution, an orbit based on data from two months in late 2020 integrates backward to get results within about 6' five months earlier.
Since I don't really know if TESS may do a maneuver, though, the aforementioned TLEs are fitted to ephemerides provided by JPL's Horizons system. Those should include any planned maneuvers. Thus far, the Horizons ephemerides have been spot-on. Fitting those ephemerides to TLEs introduces errors that are usually a few dozen kilometers in magnitude. The SGP4/SDP4 model that underlies TLEs was not really intended for objects this far out in space, which sometimes causes larger errors. The TLE file itself contains further information about this.
