Hello all,

    This is DRO-B (Chinese lunar mission,  currently in a high orbit). 
Looks as if it did a maneuver,  probably a couple of days ago.  It 
doesn't look to be a very large one,  but it was enough to pull it away 
from the predicted position.

    I've updated TLEs to reflect this,  and ephems and identifications 
from my site should be reasonably okay.  But with only the one tracklet 
post-maneuver,  ephems are probably going to turn out to be a little 
sketchy.  It's quite likely to end up back on NEOCP.

    Once somebody gets another tracklet on it,  the time and delta-V 
vector for the maneuver should be better constrained,  and I'll update 
the orbit again,  and we should be okay again (until the next maneuver).
