This one is basically my mistake. I had TLEs for this object (a
now-defunct Russian radiotelescope) that I computed at the end of 2021.
After that, we got occasional observations on it up until late May.
After that, we went four months without observations (probably
either too far south or too close to the sun for anybody to pick it up;
most high, eccentric artsats go through spells like that). When ATLAS
recovered it, it was about four degrees off prediction, and Sat_ID
didn't ID it. Had I computed a new orbit using the data up to May,
we'd have identified it without difficulty.
I've updated the orbit for it (conveniently making use of the new
ATLAS data) and we should be all set until the end of this year.
