    As above.  This object is at the earth-sun L2 point,  and maneuvers 
every few months,  often ending up on NEOCP in the process.  It was 
found about 40' off prediction,  so it probably maneuvered a few weeks 
ago.  Possibly longer;  I usually get incidental astrometry from ATLAS 
for it,  but they last got it on May 4.

    I've updated TLEs and submitted an artsat ID to MPC,  so it should 
come off NEOCP and stay off for at least a few days.  The current arc 
isn't all that long,  so we may need more observations in a week or so. 
It's also possible that now that the TLEs are good,  I'll start seeing 
astrometry for it from ATLAS again.  So targeted observations may not 
really be needed.
