[Neocp_artsats] C5VRL32 = C5Y6DL2 = empty trash bag object in 3.28-day orbit

    This is the first time we've spotted an ETBO this high.
(Multijunk,  with an apogee at 126000 km above the geocenter
and period of 2.39 days,  is now the runner-up,  followed by
a lot of one-day objects.)

    I can't link it to any recent objects.  I've computed TLEs
that may help us find it over the next few days,  or maybe
weeks.
