[Neocp_artsats] ZTF0MK3 = A10B70m = lots of others

    ZTF0MK3 and A10B70m,  currently on NEOCP,  are the same
artsat.  Linking those caused me to see a linkage to ZTF0LVr
from Aug 18,  which led to linking A10zNrz,  A10zakw,
A10xpe1,  ZTF0KwS,  ZTF0KWn,  ZTF0IsN,  and ZTF0IsC,
going back to 2021 Jan 9 :

    Non-gravs are (as usual for ETBOs) such that I can't get
one orbit linking everybody.  I've posted TLEs based on three
solutions,  from "early in the year",  "mid-year",  and "now
to the end of the year".

    In other news : Spektr-RG has maneuvered,  and may end
up on NEOCP in a bit.
