[Neocp_artsats] Three unidentified artsats

    Messed up here,  and three bits of junk have been on NEOCP
for a day or two.  I can't ID any of them.  A10v8km has an orbit
vaguely resembling that of 2007-003AS,  which is itself a fragment
from an exploded booster.  I think A10v8km is yet another fragment
from that booster.  For ZTF0KWn and ZTF0KWt,  I don't even have
guesses for identifications.  (But for all three,  we have orbits
that are unambiguously artsats.)
