    The match in motion is pretty bad,  and I can't
get an orbit for this that is anything but junk.
Further appearances of this object on NEOCP appear
to be inevitable.  I suppose in theory,  we could
come up with a "rotating,  precessing piece of foil"
model;  we'd certainly have enough data to test it on.
