Hi Peter,  all,

    Sorry... figured it out shortly after sending those messages.

    Please ignore this object.  The follow-up observations must
be of something else;  the original ATLAS data lines up passably
well with a bit of space junk.  I expect it'll be off as 'not a
minor planet' shortly.
