[neo_followup] {MPML} EMM (Hope) tracking : spacecraft, booster, two other objects

Hi Bill,

I’ve measured hundreds of MPs but this is my first time measuring a spacecraft.

Appended below are the data for most of the images I used to construct the animation I mentioned earlier.

Again, first time measuring a spacecraft so I’ll not be offended if someone finds anything wrong with my data.
