[neo_followup] 2020 GA3 observations

Hello all,

    This isn't a particularly interesting NEO in and of itself,
but there have been some questions about the orbits that have
been determined for it.  It's currently around mag 20,  but
headed to low elongations/low brightness over the next day or so.

    Its current ephemeris uncertainty is a few arcseconds,  enough
that another track on it would resolve any lingering questions
about the orbit determination.  I expect it'll get observed
anyway,  but wanted to make sure it didn't slip back into the
darkness without some final data.
