Does anyone ever tried that?</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">There are several drawbacks in using kstars but since Ekos started out as a kstars module it's connection is still very close. I have plenty of good results in slewing telescopes (SkySensor2000 based) with Guide, much more than with kstars over INDI. Slewing the telescope with INDI directly or using this option on Indigo results in the same pointing quality as Guide, but hasn't have the same sophisticated gui with the possibility of having dds2 images shown where to point.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Therefor I'd like to combine Ekos with Guide. Anyone seeing options there?</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I would mind writing a module to do so.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">cheers,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Christian<br></div><div><br></div><div class="ydpcc8b4bb0signature">-- "A little learning never caused anyone's head to explode!"
