[guide-user] Is there any chance someone will pick up the guide 9 update?

Hello;
Well, let's see if Bill reads these messages and finds someone capable of
continuing with the regular updates to the 9.1 guide.
If anyone in the group thinks they're capable or knows someone willing to
take over, we'd let Bill know.
