[guide-user] Still My ISP is bouncing Mail from guide-users

Suddenlink.com and Suddenlink.net have been bouncing mail down here in the 
south for over four months, beginning before Thanksgiving.  I know of 
several ISP folks who have contacted them to tell them of the problem (it is 
a block on their servers....it was just fixed here in Arkansas on Thursday) 
and they have virtually ignored reports of the failure to deliver.

My advice is to change your service provider/email account and get something 
that actually has a tech support department.

    Just tried to reply to you off-list (to say that I don't see
anything odd about your settings for the Guide user list),  and
it bounced back with the following.  I can reach suddenlink.net
in a browser;  I just can't send mail to you.  Nor,  from the
error message,  would I be able to send to any suddenlink.net
address.
