[guide-user] Can't access DSS/Real Sky objects on hard drive

Hi did you try to clean the clear side of the DVD with mild alcohol or something like this. I had that problem some time ago. A fingerprint on the CD may hinder the installation !

Otherwise there is also an installation helper file from Bill for older versions of Guide: https://www.projectpluto.com/setup.htm 

You could also try this !
