[guide-user] horizon and mark files: open and save wish list

Hello Bill,

this feed with HORIZON.DAT brings up an item for the wish list I have for long:

Is it possible to save a mark file with a list that opens to choose from as is 
when loading a mark (with the option to save as a new mark file)? Meanwhile I 
have a list of nearly 200 mark files! Some of them with long and cryptic names 
which are hard to remember and to enter correctly.

The other thing concerns the horizon files: as I observe regularly from at least 
3 observing stations with different obstructions from the surroundings I want to 
change the horizon file from the settings menue. In the moment I have to delete 
HORIZON.DAT, copy the desired horizon file and rename it to HORIZON.DAT from my 
OS.
