[guide-user] DSS from Internet

Hi Patrick,

    Try downloading this (about 270 KBytes,  should replace an
existing file with that name in your Guide folder) :

    Seems to me it was working not that long ago,  but I'm also
seeing problems now.  It appears that when Guide requests the
compressed image from the Space Telescope Science Institute servers,
it's getting an uncompressed image.

    I don't know if this is a permanent change.  'get_dss' now takes
a look at the file that's downloaded,  and if it appears to be
already uncompressed,  it figuratively shrugs and uses the file
as is.  If STScI goes back to compressed images,  'get_dss' will
go back to decompressing them.
