Hi Kenneth,

    The setting you tried would only adjust artificial
earth satellites.

    In that same Display/Data Shown dialog,  set planet
magnitudes to be 'fixed' (i.e.,  not varying with zoom
level) and set the limiting magnitude to,  say,  10.
After the Galileans,  the next brightest satellite of
Jupiter is somewhere around 16.  You'll suppress everything
except the Galileans.
