[find_orb] Clarification on linkage.json file

Hi Alessandro,

    You're right;  the object was given the designation j7174K08G81A. 
You'd normally just get the first five characters j7174 = (457174) or 
the last seven (with five leading spaces) '     K08G81A' = 2008 GA81. 
Find_Orb looked at the twelve-character designation,  which isn't really 
a permanent or a provisional designation,  and decided it must be a 
temporary designation.

    I should be able to unscramble that,  I think.
